Heavenly Darkness

The world of Heavenly Darkness is governed by the Great Balance and the gods that protect that balance have developed the Divine Karma System to ensure that all creatures have a chance to improve their lot in life. Over the years, numerous wars have been fought between the forces of the Heavenly and Infernal realms, with wins and losses on both sides. One hundred years ago, the fourth and most recent War of Heavenly Darkness had been fought, with the infernal forces having been the clear victors. Society has begun to rebuild as it always had after such wars and with the power vacuum caused by the massive death toll, opportunities to better oneself are everywhere.

Wolrig, is an orphan in the small village of Mountain view. The village has little use for orphans, so Wolrig was only given the most basic of educations. With little to look forward to except a life as a laborer, Wolrig waits for his awakening to occur on his 16thbirthday. When it occurs, he learns that his future may not be as bleak as he once thought, because he awakened with a unique tier class. Now with renewed hope, Wolrig will have to pull himself out of the gutter he had been thrown into and in so doing show the entire world his true worth.
