Welcome to the diverse, mystical lands of Nas. Where controlling the elements with an energy kana makes you a protector, known as Nin'turi. For generations, destined Nin'turi are chosen by 8 animal spirits, forming Valkaura bonds. These mini gods have secured the lands of darkness for hundreds of years.

The awaited annual Tuzlani aurora is only days away, a phenomenon they believe comes with blessings from the Great spirits. However, the balance is threatened by dark, including dangerous gang conflicts, conflicting politics, and a rumored spreading madness that corrupts those with kana. There is also the deadliest threat of them all; dark creatures of the night that wreak havoc from the dark side of the mountain called Shadiki. You never know where you'll end up on the blocks, so keep those kicks tied tight.

The Survivor: After tragically losing his family at 10, Juke Okoye rejected his destined bond to the Phoenix. Now 14, Juke the menace has hands for gangs, fate and the system to stay afloat. Yet the Phoenix awaits, and Juke will have to choose to either keep running or face the man in the mirror.

The Wolf: Being one of the chosen ones, Dre Kamau survives the streets carrying the weight of the Wolf spirit totem. Raised up fighting amongst the Warriors, the lost of his tribe dropped Dre down from idol to street rat.
