- Crimson_ElixirRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Good so far. I'm waiting for the author to continue to write so he can improve his style and grammar. But the novel itself is enjoyable, despite using mainstream ideas. It's a man's romance. The pursuit of strength and the exploration of an unknown world.
I'm having a lot of fun with this - HaroonRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I liked it quite a lot except lack of chapters
- IReadBooksForALivingRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I really like the story, mainly because I'm a sucker for One Piece Devil Fruit powers in a fiction but also because I like how the Mc gains power, how he uses his power and how the the fights play out.
My only gripe is the spelling and grammar, both of which could be fixed through using a free site such as Grammarly. If this was done, it'd be an instant improvement.
This being because there are a few odd misspellings and grammatical errors which take me out of the story, every now and again, so if these could be fixed the story would be better.
Anyway, love the book, keep up the good work!~ - CrywolfsevenRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0The story is interesting but I recommend looking into one of those free grammar and spelling check sites such as grammarly. There are several misspelled words in the opening chapters that would easily be caught. It’s not a big deal at all but it does through off the reading a bit and with it being free and all I just figured it would be an easy fix to draw in even more readers. I say that because I know some readers refuse to read even a good story with bad grammar. Again yours isn’t too bad but still something to keep in mind if you want to grow this even faster. THanks for all your hard work!
- verycoolnameRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5The story uses the gura gura no mi of one piece to prevent itself from being 'just another xianxia' and make itself more unique. Otherwise it looks like it's pursuing the same basic plot and setting that most of those stories have.
It's a bit early to tell, but I think this stories main strength isn't going to be the main character's quake powers, but the author's approach to common xian xia tropes. A western writer's approach to chinese writing cliches like their habit of overly emphasizing 'face' is a bit more palatable, and the way the main character behaves more honorably and thinks more carefully than other MCs would gives the story a lot more potential than I expected. - MistelteinnRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5Is this a Chinese Xianxia, a Western Fantasy or a Japanese LN?
Kun and Sensei are both Japanese honorifics but your story has a Chinese setting with a western name for the main character?
C'mon bro, that's just lazy writing, you can do better than this, keeping the story consistent and readable with punctuation and grammer is the least you can do...
It's just horrible reading when your setting is all over the place, I mean I get its a 'novel' but it's not like the things I mentioned are hard to correct or change.
At least figure out that the correct Chinese word for teacher is Laoshi, not fricking 'sensei', you're not a weaboo okay? - ermirRoyal Road★★★ 3.0It has potential to be a pretty good story, but the grammar is really bad. I am not saying that it has to be perfect but fix it a little man. And those comments on the story plus the forth wall breaking make the story hard to read.
- jackfrost13Royal Road★★★ 2.5haiz.turns out to be normal xianxia troupe despite the first arc being different
the moment you put women in the story.all things turn upside down.such fucking downer.
