Grim Fairy Tales: Beauty & the Beast

In the world of Perrault, an elven beauty by the name of Bellindia Frankenstein, known as the Little Red Riding Hood, is brought up as ranger within the town of Blackwood after her incident with a beast in her youth. When the town of Blackwood is besieged by the forces of her long lost brother, Rendfield, she offers herself in exchange for the town’s safety.

Meanwhile, a man known as Arthur Harker accompanies the Ranger Lord, Abraham Van Seward, to hunt down those responsible for the town’s siege with the help of the soul of Arthur’s beloved, Lucy Murray, who takes on the form of a spirit guide, a wisp, that guides them to the fabled ‘Castle Perrault’ in which Bellindia is brought. It is here where the Little Red Riding Hood reunites with the beast, the Big Bad Wolf, from her youth and quickly accepts that they now both share a similar curse in common as the restless forsaken souls of the dead.

After learning of their dark origins, Abraham Van Seward arrives with the Blackwood Legions to the Castle grounds and a great battle ensues which determines the place of Beauty & the Beast in the world of Perrault. When all of this is set in stone, the souls of the restless are able to rest and those who remain are soon shook by the arrival of another beyond their understanding…
