- LordofKaizenRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Uptil now the novel holds an interesting premise. The quality is quite good for an amateur author, and the characters have somewhat of a depth to them. For now it seems pretty slow to medium paced, not that it's a bad thing, I like reading slow burn novels sometimes myself. I'm excited to see how the engineering aspect comes into play, and I look forward to more chapters.
- luda305Royal Road★★★★ 3.5The character background in the prologue is so over the top it's melodramatic. And the end result is a really, really reclusive obsessive personality.
I'd also point out that this is a story about a nuclear engineer whose mistake lead to a nuclear meltdown and deciding to be a mage with the engineer element.
On a technical level, the writing is pretty rough, indicative of English as a nonnative language.
Getting a few more chapters in, it strikes me as a rewrite of Supreme Magus. Even the whole peasant family having too many babies so they're starving and one of the older brothers is potentially fratricidal. From there, the story becomes more original, though some of the events that happen are incredulous.
The chapters are short, which makes it feel fast but I'm not sure about how far we've actually gotten. 19 chapters and still unclear what the engineer element is. - BlackdemonRoyal Road★★★ 3.0Not bad for a novice writer but all I'm seeing now is supreme magus with different names and well if it's not changing then I'm not really interested, overall writer needs to get more original or at least branch out a bit, maybe focusing on a certain aspect or something, also I'm getting OP elders vibe which is kinda worrying
✌️out - Anhanga_spiritRoyal Road★★ 2.0The story is not bad, but there is nothing new in the first couple of chapters. It is like any other isekai story, for too long. Maybe it will improve in a few chapters, but I will never know.
I hope you will keep writing author, it is a hard, but keep on improving!
