Description
GhosS is an epic fantasy story that takes place on a small planet of the same name (Ghoss), orbited by a moon (Heltos), and both orbit around a big planet (Candon). The interaction of the three bodies causes unusual harsh weather that, along with a magic system, allows the characters to interact uniquely. The story starts with a struggle for power among some nations involving politics, religions, and all "typical" ingredients that fast derive into something everything but "typical."The author aims to mature and intelligent audiences that have already read several fantasy stories and want something fresh, beyond the usual stereotypes like a "chosen one," "good vs. evil," "saving the world," one-dimensional characters, etc. The author is aware that all those elements are common because they work and is taking the challenge to drop as many common characteristics and keep the story exciting, fresh, logical, and epic. After a lot of thought and more than two years of planning the worldbuilding and story, I hope it is worthwhile the experience of reading and can succeed in stepping up from the thousands of stories around from the myriad of unknown writers.

- lil_literalistRoyal Road★★ 2.0There are a number of changes that need to be done. Some are easy, like making the font size the same as (most) other stories on Royal Road. Or properly using quotation marks. Other issues are not as easily fixed. I have no idea who the main character is supposed to be.
I do get the vibe of the story, but every scene could use more fleshing out. More of the small details that give an idea of the emotional impact of the scene, or the setting. Or who the characters are.
I also can't get over the Holly Union. I feel like that should be the Holy Union.
There may be a good story here, but it's not going to be enjoyable to read with the poor writing quality.
