General Grievance: How to derail the Star Wars Plot

I am a man, riddled with faults.

I have razed cities to the ground, purged entire populations, and ordered countless men to their deaths for what turned out to be an incredibly narrow-minded desire; Too consumed by my lust of revenge to see what Evil truly lurked in the distant stars.

Many years spent upon a world with little connection to greater civilization had constricted my vision.

Even so, scarred in both in body and mind, I am the only one who can save this galaxy from decades of terror.

Only I know the truth.

We find ourselves in a work of fiction. A recreation of the world of 'Star Wars'.

It has been said that a person often meets his destiny on the road he took to avoid it. I spit on that notion!
