Description

Would you become uploaded data in a private beta test for the chance to win $100,000,000?

Would it matter if your body might not even make it while you were out of it?

Rafael Fuller, known as Never in the gaming world, would. The world would also be happy to be rid of him while he competes. As one of the premiere Achievement hunters in the world, Never has the reputation of being anti-social, abrasive, and forming alliances only for his own benefit.

When Alchemy Studios announced a full immersion MMO, he jumped at the chance not because of the money or recognition, though.

He did it because their parent company, AGI, has the medical resources he desparately needs.

Never is dying, and spending his last months fighting in an artificial world is better to him than spending them in hospitals.

However, as he seeks out every challenge, there is a looming threat on the horizon. The King of The Void, the Final Boss of Aerlhiz Eternia, is acting out of its programming matrix, and it's too late to pull the participants out.

What sort of hero would be willing to rise to such a challenge?

Never say Never, because he could care less about your problems.

That is until it becomes obvious that The King of the Void is seeking a body to inhabit, and according to all known data, the body with the most connectivity to the system once belonged to Rafael Fuller.

Good start and quite the hook. The base for the story is well laid out with a ton of room for development.  I like the MC and his rationalization for the choices made.  The magic system seems well thought and planned.  Wish there was more and hoping you continue to write the story.

Write more now!  Now!  But seriously, nicely done and keep writing.  I'll keep reading!
