Game of Thrones: The Legend of Jon Arctic!

Description
Jon Snow, a boy destined for a life of contempt by almost everyone around him, but a divine intervention can change everything. The boy who will pave the way to build the most powerful nation in the world.I crafted this story with a focus on the creation of a kingdom, battles, economy, navigation, and exploration of the entire universe of Planetos, with a central character in mind.Am I wealthy? The Stormlands, Dorne, the Reach, and the Westerlands all want to establish trade agreements with me.And the East? I have trade agreements with Braavos, Pentos, Myr, Tyrosh, Lys, and Volantis. I can negotiate with everyone in Essos, except in the Slaver's Bay after I stole 100,000 chained men from them. So, do you have enemies in Essos? About that? I indeed have quite a few. I started by stealing slaves from them, then raised a khalasar and began a bloodbath in the Dothraki Sea for fun. I was even named a Khal in Vaes Dothrak. Not to mention, the last time I went to Essos, I toppled the Titan's statue in Braavos. They wanted to stop me from destroying the House of Black and White. That day wasn't very pleasant for the Braavosi.Wow, and the kingdoms below the Wall? The Wall? It no longer exists; I brought it down a while ago. I took the North as part of my kingdom and left the South of the Neck to the Southerners. They tried to reclaim the kingdom, but now the Southerners tremble when they feel my armies on their lands. I've personally killed one or two of their kings.Really? Yes, ask what's left of Oldtown. I would answer, it turned to ashes. Lannisport? I burned it. Casterly Rock? It's at the bottom of the sea. The Twins? I blew up the entire place. King's Landing? The city is standing, but the Red Keep is history.

- BronRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5It is a nice fanfic. I don’t think English is the native language of the author but I have seen far worse! Yeah the main character is young. But it doesn’t really matter to me, cause he has some abilities that explain why he is as mature as he is in some aspects and still a child in others. In my opinion nicely done.
If you like OP characters, kingdom building and a little extra world-building and always wanted to see more of the wold than you will have a good time reading this story!
So, thanks for this fiction! - UnKnownEntity001Royal Road★★ 1.5I was really hoping this fic would be decent. Alas it’s trash lol. The wording is always awkward, characters feel unnatural, poor word choices. Like everyone calling him “little Jon”, his family never called him that but suddenly everyone starts to, even people who just met him. I’ve never heard anyone speak like that.
Personally I’m not a fan of fic where the main story happens while the mc is a young child, teen to young adult is usually fine for me. Considering the author takes an entire chapter to describe a forest clearing….this story is going to be extremely slow. Mc will be a child for most of it I’m sure.
One upside I guess, the author seems to be updating fast…so if you do enjoy the story you should be getting chapters frequently. - N-PhiRoyal Road★ 0.5I rarely leave reviews, but this one genuinely frustrated me because the story starts with strong potential and then anchors itself to a conflict that simply doesn’t hold.
This is a fan story centered on Jon Snow from Game of Thrones, and the opening premise—diving deeper into his treatment as a bastard—is compelling. That’s fertile ground. But the entire early narrative hinges on a minor theft accusation that feels structurally weak.
We’re told he stole an amount equivalent to a maid’s wage. The amount isn’t even clearly defined. That alone makes the stakes feel small. Yet this accusation becomes the driving force behind his exile.
The real issue isn’t that he’s accused.
It’s that the accusation is never properly investigated.
Eddard Stark, who is consistently portrayed as honorable and just, supposedly does not uncover a lie involving a maid and household staff. That’s hard to believe. This isn’t a layered political conspiracy. It’s a domestic accusation that should have been resolved quickly. When something so small drags on for over twenty chapters without escalation, it stops feeling like tension and starts feeling like delayed logic.
Conflict should evolve.
If the theft had been massive? If there were multiple manipulated witnesses? If there were political consequences? Fine. That would justify long-term fallout. But a minor household accusation becoming the foundation of exile feels forced.
The second issue is character consistency.
If you intensify Jon’s suffering beyond canon and exile him younger, that should leave emotional marks. You can’t amplify trauma and then keep him emotionally untouched. A harsher upbringing should produce either bitterness, guardedness, ambition, or at least internal conflict. Instead, he remains oddly happy-go-lucky and forgiving toward a place and people who wronged him.
That disconnect breaks immersion more than any power-up ever could.
Fanfiction can change abilities, lineage, or destiny. That’s part of the fun. But internal
