Galaxy point

On year 3647 earth faced catastrophic situation when The sky tore apart and we're suddenly invaded by creatures enveloped in shadow. They swarmed earth like viruses and in less than 30 days more than 70% of life on earth was lost. When all hope was lost, a radiant beam of light shone up on earth, spiriting away the survivors and at the same time annihilated the shadow Aliens. Before I blacked out, I found a message in my head that felt as if it was giving me a mission. Before my last string of consciousness that held on through hell for weeks swept away, all I remembered of the message was we are being given a chance to fight so that we can be powerful enough to protect our home and our galaxy, for the shadow aliens will come back. As for what made life on earth almost extinct was nothing but a tiny scout for the main force that is yet to come.
