Gadgeteer Chronicles

Nick was an ordinary gamer until he found himself crash landing in a world that seems oddly like his favorite game, Epic Heroes Online. He awakens as a superhero known as Lightforge, with powers and a body that he didn't even get to choose. But this world is not the game that he knows. Things are broken. Quests and missions don't reset, and random encounter rates are low. Experience points are at a premium, and some are willing to go to war over them.

But there might be hope. Lightforge is a Gadgeteer, granting him access to the game's nearly unlimited crafting system. With some cleverness and a little help, he might be able to build ways to stay ahead of the curve. But he'll have to be careful; such power will bring attention from all corners, and not all of it will be friendly.
