Description
The Universe had been unfair. It had no rules, no structure, and no one to police it. So he made the System. What followed was years of learning that what he had made wasn't as perfect as he had meant. The Overseer keeps making changes (and mistakes) to try and make a perfect system. So what if a few universes get totally destroyed or warped. The System will last forever.
