Description
HellBlade, the most powerful character in all of Horizon Online, is all but unstoppable. In an MMO built for legendary heroes, he is a villain. He rules all of the Dark Nation where heroes are constantly invading for treasure and glory. His dungeons are endless, and his level is at the top of the rankings.
But when his archrival discovers his weakness and exploits the game mechanics to bring HellBlade down, he is finally defeated and forced to respawn.
Except when he awakens back in Horizon Online, he is no longer the powerful HellBlade, but stuck in the routines and body of an NPC shopkeeper of a far-off village.
So now he must figure out how to not only break free from the NPC restrictions, but regain his former glory and seek vengeance on his rival who cheated him from his throne.

- AzakenRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Overall, I dont have any complaints. Though it would be nice to learn exactly what happened, I suppose that is something that could/would be elaborated on the second chapter. Anyways, looking forward to more!
- PakkoRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This story is off to a great start so far but has sadly stopped posting. I really enjoyed what little was posted so far. The characters are interesting but only half developed so far. The writing is great and flows well when reading. I hope that we can see more from this book. it definitely deserves to be expanded upon with the world and characters seen more.
- Parker DavisRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Great story. I enjoy the concept of a player becomming an NPC, then trying to figure out how to correct it. Playing a shop keeper without the standard avenues for leveling up will be exciting. I wonder if they are going to level up through the shop keepers abilities or try to become more like a Player Character while remaining an NPC somehow.
Only very few minor errors with grammar. Far above average. I have read severall books with apalling grammar that definitely should have been corrected before publishing. Since stories posted chapter by chapter seldom have an editor, to catch mistakes, this is far above average.
I have read several LITRPG books, and this is a new concept for me. Very exciting. Hoping the main character stays as a Shop Keeper and levels up through that. It might be dificult to make that interesting though. Excited to see where the author takes it.
So far so good with charachters. Hard to judge based on a couple of chapters. So far there has been a few standard rude characters which is realistic for a PC to be "rude" to an NPC as in games they don't matter because they are NPC's. A few tid bits dropped to hint at future reveals for some characters. Excited to see how that turns out and what happens. - Psychic ScarletDreamRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0As far as first chapters go, I'd call it a good one.
I can't say much about style or story just from the first chapter but it could become very interesting depending on what the upcoming chapters have in store.
It's written in simple english with good grammar so a smooth reading experience, which is always very appreciated.
As far as characters go, well, not much to say since we have only really seen two characters but it is kinda interesting to see how the protagonist's character progresses from here.
Overall, it was a good read. Excited for more!
