The brain uses 20% of total energy from the human body, converting material chemistry into an abstract dimensional space linked to the brain as much as a virtual simulation sandbox is linked to the electrical patterns passing through the silicon transistor complex - a computer. This abstract dimensional space can be made more efficient and functional by means of physical and mental development. As if the average core conscious experience is a computer where its simulation software was created completely via a genetic algorithm run on a neural network rather then coded explicitly - not efficient in the slightest. I would direct you to first developing your cognitive capacity through either visualization or memory development or both, then inducing a controlled semi-permanent psychosis to start creating separate conscious threads to speed up your deciphering.
