Deep in a tangled forest spilled out from a sleeping god live our protagonists, Cassie and Angus. Cassie lives a normal village life; Angus lives a life filled with evil cultists, gods, and magical powers. When their lives collide Cassie is forced to flee the only home she has ever known.
