Federation

First attempt at writing sci-fi, feel free to criticize. I'll probably change this description later, once I've fleshed the story out a bit more.

Humanity, as we know it, is gone from the Milky Way. The races of the galaxy know us as the ancients, the mysterious precursors to their many civilizations, and yet they know little of who we truly are. But soon, that will change, because, in a place far from the Orion-Cygnus arm of the galaxy, a new storm is brewing. And on a little dust ball in the middle of nowhere that matters, an ancient war machine is awoken, a warning is given, and a galaxy is shaken.
