Fateh Mehar aka Fattu was the 7th son of duke Daa'd, one of the 10 dukes of kingdom of Goplis. Fateh was living his life as carefree son of duke till his coming of age. When he was given the title, viscount of Hempsol by his Father following his bloodline awakening failed.
