Welcome to Portland a generic town in a world where some have superpowers. Three big baddies have split the town between uptown, midtown, and downtown. So, what are the local heroes doing? They're doing their best keeping the city in as much order as they can. So, what happens when some new powered entitites show up? Are they new heros, villains, or neither? Follow their story.
