Carter Grant wakes up from sleep one day to find himself with knowledge of a greater power of maintaining humanity's existence for the future. He obtained power from Alaya, the will of humanity. He was chosen for the task after the events of Crisis. How will he use this newfound power?

This is my first time posting on Royal Road. Before this, I had posted this series on Scribble Hub. This was the first story I ever wrote at the time and most of the early parts were quite narrative to I had edited the first five chapters on Scribble Hub. I will continue to edit my earlier post until I am satisfied and I will also post them here.
