- the_dicker_maximusRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Thank you for the story.
It was a good story.
If you ever write again, I will read.
<3.
Cons
Minor spelling mistakes. Rushed ending.
Wish it was longer.
Pros
Cool characters. Underated main fandom. Cool side fandoms . Tons of weapons and technology. Crazy power scaling.
Overall. Imperfect, but still 10/10. - DaoDragonRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Imagine like building a factories or a bases in games like factorio, starcraft or other RTS games and getting high on that feeling. now crank that dopamine amount to infinity. welcome to the wonderful world of fabricated hazard where the factory must grow and all bugs must die.
ps. stay away from any body of water deeper than a cm.
ps2. high chance of losing sleep from trying to binge read all the chapters. - John0006Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0Be warned this story will make you want to play Factorio
I normally right review but I had to for this story. The author did an excellent job bring the world to life and blending motable would together most authors just shoehorn in a crossover and just mash them together not this time Factorio and NieR: Automata both feed in to the story. Towards the end the new crossovers felt a bit rushed and not fleshed out fully but that is understandable by that point in the story you are more invested in the characters and seeing how they interact with there environment. - Shadow ladyRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I am always looking for novels that have a protagonist that builds a factory but most of those are bad chines translations this is done Right and good. If your looking for a protag that builds a factory this novel is for you. The writing quality of the novel is great too.THE FACTORY MUST GROW.
- Xandar3Royal Road★★★★★ 4.5I really like the style of writing in the novel this is the first factory novel I've ever read and like so far it's really good. please put the crossover fanfics all on this site as well, because I'm not a fan of the other site since its a lot more difficult to navigate (at least for me)
- KetchupSplatterSpecialistRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I think the first thing that really impacted me on an emotional level was the realization that this wasn't an isekai. The story is full of wish-fulfillment, numbers going up, and even a random berserk chapter where the protagonist goes beast mode with no real foreshadowing that he could do that. And yet, said protagonist is not the dead beat part-time worker societal outcast that we know and love, and it makes sense! Our lovely author here started the story by *birthing the protagonist on an alien world with bugs that mutate faster than a cockroach in a microwave. If a young Japanese shut in was the protagonist, they would have at least three separate panic attacks in the first chapter. First, when they realize that they're a living breathing thing. Secondly, when they realize that they have magical powers. And thirdly, when they realize that they don't have access to things like the internet or air-conditioning. Heck, thinking of that possibility is giving me a panic attack.
Instead, the death world of Nauvis and Factorio is the only thing the protagonist has ever known. And so, a horde of bugs almost the size of your mom is just another Monday for him. He won't balk in the face of a ginormous, evergrowing, and viciously grotesque monstrosity because the closest thing to a caring guardian he has is a giant rock that cooks up nightmares like my sister when I tell her she needs to lose some weight!
Now onto the style of the thing... What is style? Well, style is the way that the Legend of Zelda invokes feelings of adventure and wonder through its color palette, sounds, and level design. It's also the way that I imagine Scarlett Johansson stepping on me. It's rough and it kind of hurts, but I'm turned on anyways. Similarly, Fabricated Hazards goes into the kind of long exposition and detail that I've only seen pulled off by Chaotic Craftsman Worships the Cube. It's a bunch of technical detail that primarily interests the likes of people who play D&D for fun and Asians - just add wolframiteRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This Factorio fic is pretty good, though out the gate you notice the author has a penchant for run-on sentences that are Stream of Consciousness-y. Sprinkle in some punctuation errors and I just can't stop pointing these out.
Two chapters in, the protag has completed half the base game tech tree, and seeing how many of these chapters there are i can already see the size of the bugs will only get more ridiculous.
Haven't gotten through the entire fic, but I can tell it's going to be a pretty solid story. If you can't stomach spelling or grammar problems, you may want to sit this one out, until the author does a second lap to fix the mistakes.
I have been informed that the grammar and runon sentences, quote "Get better later on." I have yet to get to that point, but when I do, I will update the score.

I will describe its flaws as harshly as possible so that you understand why this story is worthwhile.
It can be a little tough to read sometimes(like every 4 chapters there's a paragraph that you have to read twice or thrice). The punctuation is the biggest flaw in the story.
The characters could have some more depth.
It takes a somewhat weird turn after around 20 chapters.
If you haven't played Factorio, this story will seem somewhat strange. If you haven't played any of the
NieR: Automata
games, the story will seem somewhat strange after around the 20th chapter.
That's it. Those are the only flaws with this story.
The grammar and punctuation flaws will soon no longer be flaws because the author is actively going through and correcting anything that is pointed out.
The characters, who are already well done, will get more depth over time.
The style is unique and very well executed.
Fish are evil.
Now read the story. Read it immediately.
