It is the year 3055 the Human population has been on a constant decline because of a mysterious pandemic that has swept the earth called AE-31. Increased government pressure on scientists caused the human experimentation law to be passed. The results of these experiments caused abnormal beings to exist which shook the very foundation of humanity.
