Description

The laws of reality have changed, and civilization has collapsed. This doesn't impact Jake, however, who survived the cataclysm and now has everything he needs to survive in his cozy little two-story house at the edge of the world - even an internet connection. But his life of safety and isolation is thrown into chaos one day when his internet suddenly fails; with customer support gone and no access to his favorite online games, he's forced to venture out into the surreal post-apocalyptic landscape to the distant internet service provider building to try and fix the problem himself.

    Style: As of chapter 3 the style is engaging and entertaining
    Story: All that I can say now is that this story has a good hook, with an interesting premise for the world, and I'm looking forward to more chapters.
    Grammar: There's no real problems here, especially for this site, and is above average.
    Character: I find the main character to be very intersting, as he exhibits characteristics of someone who has been isolated from human contact for years (presumably), and behaves realistically when leaving his "self-imposed" isolation.
    Summary: All in all, I think this is a very promising story, and hope to see it progress.
