Description

[ ON BREAK! Doing major revisions to both chapters in buffer and already posted! Sorry for the wait, I hope to come back with something better! ]

Waking up inside a cave without any memory of where she is or who she is, it's time for our protagonist to... save the world! No, that's not it. Let's just live a good clean life.

Speaking to the goddess of the stars about her role as a hero, it's time for our other protagonist to... save the world! Or maybe meet up with cute characters and make friends.

A not quite dungeon management story with cute skeletons, demon lords, and angst the protagonist is desperately trying to ignore. A typical not-so-typical isekai story.

Essentially, I have no freaking clue what's going on in this story. The first few chapters seemed to make sense, but then the story seems to be skipping time and location with zero explaination as to what's going on. It's particularly frustrating because it keeps trying to imply stuff about the character or world, but there's no hintwork or anything to keep the reader interested. It's just the MC is in one place at one moment, and then another in the next chapter with absolutely no explaination as to when or how the transfer happened. There's climactic plot points that happen apropos of nothing that seem to be intended to evoke an emotional reaction, but all I'm getting is 'wait, where'd this come from'? If this is meant to be an experiment in non-linear storytelling, I'm afraid it's not quite accomplishing what was intended. It's just confusing and everywhere at the moment. Perhaps a bit of a rewrite is in order- make the story a bit more linear, or at least provide contextual detail for the time and location shifts at the beginning of each chapter.
Also, it should be noted that despite it saying I only reviewed at Chapter 3, I've read all other chapters- it was simply on a different device.
