- reteikerRoyal Road★★★ 2.5I'm not even going to mention the story, It's dead and I could fit into this review.
What I am going to mention is the style. In its current implementation, it doesn't work the sentences are too short and don't even try to use itself to its advantage.
But I'm thinking with some effort you could make it work as a sort of experiment with first-person perspective dialogue, where the character perspective would shift to another character after every break line switching between every person participating in the conversation in real-time potentially allowing many rapid-fire PoV shifts in one scene. Making for an incredibly in-depth conversation. Or, Instead of a conversation, it's a game of cards where we get to see the cards of each player and the thought process they all go through as they play their cards potentially making for an interesting & tense game of cards.
Just an idea.
