Description
This is an experimental short story written in the style of a script for a lore scroll or animatic. It is mostly inspired from the shorts found withinYu-Gi-Oh Master Duel'sstory mode, but can also be taken as a script for a narrator as well. The intermission in particular is where a boss fight or something similar would go if this were a cutscene for a game. Overall I am really pleased with how it came out! The story is inspired by somewhat recent events in my life.

- RznRoyal Road★★★ 2.5This is original and yet it is all about the lore, lore for characters that we are not familiar with and that it insists upon describing in a few lines that really doesn't have any setting or stakes, or character development. The lines are written in a way that does not go towards some epic or grand narrative. It just does not work all that well because it is just one piece of telling lore.
