i've caught upto the latest chapters and i can say with certainity that the story was interesting. Sure the plotline is nothing new or mind-breaking but the delivery and smooth transtions are a huge plus.
The world building is slowly introduced to us and the expanded upon when needed. The magic and power progression are a little unique and can be expanded upon to give this story its own flair.
So, the main character is a guy who is suffering from a disease/illness or whatever since his birth. But that didn't mean he was abused or bullied, infact from what the author gave up until now the mc had a very normal life despite the illness so the emotional and physical maturity are what i expect from someone of his age. And he doesn't just bendover for every asshole he comes across or be overly arrogant. He treats people with respect only if they give him the same and he is not shy to be recognized for his hard work.
And the side charaters, any side charaters with significance we get a basic life story in half a chapter that establishes their personality and charater.
Overall this story may not be the main dish in five star restaurant but it is for sure an apple pie i would eat every day of the week. So, a 4.6/5.

I wanted to like it, but just couldn't. Its your basic Gary Stu OP MC story with nothing to really make it stand out in a positive way. The MC can't lose or fail, has everything handed to him on a silvered platter, constantly makes braindead decisions that run contrary to his stated goals, and still has the audacity to believe himself a victim.
There are no characters in this story. There are just plot devices with names. We are told various characteristics of these plot devices, but what is shown doesn't match was was told at all, because that would mean the MC might have to actually try in order for good things to happen to him.
The world lacks any sense of realism or world building. It feels more like a cardboard cutout than a place people live or play. Its difficult to explain, because there's nothing to really point to, since the absence is itself the problem.
The game is trash. Its a technical marvel, sure, but the way its designed would guarantee a flood of lawsuits that would bankrupt it within the first 24 hours, no matter how rich the company backing it was. Even if it somehow managed not to go bankrupt from the lawsuits, it would do so from the lack of players since no sane person would continue to play it after the first time they were disembowled, had their eyes melted, or suffered any other horrific death with the pain settings fully replicating the sensations becuase the player's mind might object to anything less than perfect realism in thier fantasy MMO. And even for the people that can look past that, there's still the extremely high cost of entry, the inability to customize your character, the very slow leveling speed, and the extremely harsh death penalty, to name just a few of many issues that would guarantee that this game could never succeed.
The writing, from a purely technical standpoint, is decent. There's a few problems in every chapter, but its only a few here and there and its rare that you can't tell what the author was trying to say. T
