Corporate drone Gray picks up a copy of the coolest, newest MMORPG—Nexus Online, or NEON—that allows a player to immerse all their senses in the world of the game. After embarking on his own quest in the fantasy/cyberpunk world of NEON, Gray discovers a plot to manipulate the game to affect the real world—and an opportunity to be a hero.
