    The writing is rough but the general idea comes through. This could be cleaned up with some copyediting and turned into a solid draft with a little work. Right from the beginning we have a disconnect in the power and how people view it, so this should be worked on first to make sure we as readers can understand how the power works. Same with how his actions at the playground were.
