Sector Columbia is an urban sprawl that hangs over what, in the distant past, was known as Washington D.C. This is the place where a number of people come together, all of them with unknown marks on their bodies – black shapes, maybe on a hand, a shoulder or a hip. The marks must mean something, the dreams they’ve been having must mean something and all that something together might be a message or a sign that these people were brought together for bigger reasons.

When the world starts taking simple things for granted, Sanctuary needs to call upon the ones who were chosen so that they can help before humanity loses even more of itself, everyone becomes the same person and doesn’t care anymore or the whole human race collapses.
