Description
Within the deepest depths of the abyss where not even the strongest demons dare to dwell lie the strange and powerful beings known as the eldritch. None are certain where these reality warping beings came from nor how such impossible beings could exist in the first place, but all who know of the eldritch fear them. Even the greatest of gods and devils are thankful that the eldritch remain within the depths of the abyss and seldom leave their deep pit.
So what would happen if one decided it was tired of residing in the void? What would become of the five worlds if even a single one of the eldritch decided to leave its cage…

- The_GentelmanRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I love the premise, characters, and potential of this story. I eagerly await further updates and eldritch shenanigans.
- NotSoSharpSwordRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Well it's a bit early to know for sure but this seems like a really interesting novel, some of the more dark discriptions of things have an amazing amount of detail and really make you feel creeped out. The grammar is also pristine and this novel definitely deserves more attention.
- NexisRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I am not able to provide a professional review of that story, but at least I can tell you my opinion and how I feel reading it.
It's written in perfect english without any major flaws in articulation, typing mistakes or else.
Because of that good writing you easily dive into that story and never get thrown out because some writing or spelling mistakes.
I think it is verry hard to write a story about an overpowered character and still keep the MC on edge because of stuff that happens around him/her. At least a lot of other Storys with this theme that I had read shows that. With this story the Autor did an amacing job to throw the readers on a super cool and exciting ride that you wish would never stop.
Verry often in the Storys you already can predict what will or could happen next, just because you already seen or read about similar stuff and so a lot of storys, novels, mangas or animes get really boring of loose there appeal.
This story not only gave me hope that there are still Autors out there who are able to get me on a ride that does not feel live every other you already tried. And that is not even everything that story gave me. It brightens my overall mood after reading a view chapters and brightens my day. For that I truly have to thank the Autor from the bottom of my heart and say: Thank you for your Story! - TelovRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5One of the best ones I've read so far, definetely top 1% on this web-site (I am of those people who just skip stuff they don't like, in bad cases tens of chapters, but not in this book). I wish I had the same abilities the MC has. Would create an awe inspiring world. Also with some special abilities which would base on something like points and connection between them so, that there can be created complex structures which can stay in single place, go in some direction or follow an object. I wish, I wish.
- Reader0101Royal Road★★★★ 4.0A charming story, but I am not sure an Eldritch story is meant to be charming, still it has its moments, and I quite liked it in retrospect. Although, it has its issues... I will mostly focus on the negatives, it’s in my nature… nevertheless I binged this in 3 days so that’s something.
For starters, I almost dropped in the first few chapters because of the weird formatting and (letter) dialogues—definitely not conventional. But then again, after a few dozen chapters in it didn’t bother me as much as it should’ve.
Now, about Iori (MC)... feels like her development is slow, (even though only a few days/weeks have passed in the story), there are already near 200 chapters... I also wish she had the vibe/personality of her (spoiler) future self by chapter 50—it would’ve been way more fun to follow her like that. I also missed some teasing about how she would devour said demon who first found her, but it’s more of a personal preference than anything.
About the evil counterpart—it seems unnecessary, but its origins was well explained and interesting so I have no problem with it. The problem I have, is that while we know that this “evil” split personality fragment is the necessary “evil/cruelty” so she can/could survive, this seems to not hold up, as at times she crosses a serious line. Like (spoiler) the punishment involving attempted sexual assault—it's just unnecessarily messed up, especially when nobody can even resist this entity. It’s just gross. I can even get behind the rotting off junk part, but anything more seems way too much overkill (here I refer to the 10x lifetime of coming suffering).
That said, there are things I genuinely enjoyed reading about, like her dreamworld—it’s such a cool concept, and I wish we spent more time exploring it.
I also would like to see more of the real world, and her influence over it, whether intentional or not. I feel like it doesn’t get enough attention. Stuff like exorcist meetings, cults discovering the MC and reacting to her (fo - Sera athaRoyal Road★★★ 3.02.0 subjective opinion

As said by the title, I feel like the only thing wrong in this story is that the mc lacks development. She doesn't change from the timid spineless person that she is. The author states multiple times that the story is slow burn, that's why her changes are minimal. The problem with that statement is that there's a difference between slow burn, and no burn. Bad joke, but you get the point.
The mc simply doesn't change to be a better person, she avoids situations, makes bad decisions, etc. that wouldn't have been so bad if there was self reflection, but there isn't. She does think about what she did wrong, and multiple people also tell her about what she should do next time, but she doesn't change.
She thinks about what she did wrong, but she still makes the same mistakes the whole story. People tell her what she should do next time, or that she should be more mature, but she doesn't listen.
If this story was darker, or more serious, then it might've actually been able to make the mc's personality easier to bear. If the story was darker then the author could've made the mc someone who desperately hangs on to their humanity, trying to grasp at something that isn't there anymore, causing those close to them to suffer or even die. But the story is comedy, so there's no real consequences, no real development, and no real change.
The author themself stated that, despite the events that the mc would encounter in the story, she will continue to be irresponsible, immature, and timid. And in the future, she will only become strong minded when she needs to avoid trouble. So basically still immature. Mind you, the author said this at around chapter 100, and their "slow burn" takes forever to actually burn. Considering how there's basically no change in her personality from chapter 1 to 100, I'm guessing her development to become a "strong minded" person is only going to be showed years from now.
Aside from that bi - Old_ManRoyal Road★★★ 3.0at the beginning, the journey is a confusing nightmare.
Toward the end, it's a slow moving slice of life with an ineffectual and ignorant goody-two-shoes protagonist.
for example:
"Just be careful that no one gets hurt. We're not going around killing stuff. That includes people and ghosts. But especially people. You have to always be absolutely lenient towards them. Even if they're hostile you can't kill them. [...]
the protagonist lets violent opportunistic rapists go free without killing/castrating/permanently disabling them.
I read the other review which complained that the story was too fast paced with regard to dialogue, and while there are certainly some missing details due to not describing a person's body language or tone of voice (in particular, cynical sarcasm), do not let that fool you into thinking that this is an action/adventure story with lots of plot per written word. It's not. It's a slow slice of life after the first few chapters. Much unwanted small talk.
I gave it the third star because of the creativity in how she became what she is. - WobgoyRoyal Road★★ 1.5Newest arc ruined the story

Old review:
It's by no means a masterpiece, but a very enjoyable read nonetheless.
My only gripe is:
Our MC is invincible, so there needs to be a limiting factor, or she will just steamroll everything.
I like that conflict can't easily be solved cause she wants to stick to her humanity and not become something she won't even recognize, just to solve some minor issues.
I like a lot less that conflict can't easily be solved cause she's being dense and/or a coward.
Even if she's very young, having a plot that moves forward cause the MC is being silly can get tiring
