- PurriahRoyal Road★★ 2.0I see this story is another attempt to recreate BaiSiwa's "Number One Under Heaven." I can't help but feel that this is still the same author under a different account who is attempting to resell the same story with altered plot (As he has been notorious for before). With no proof, however, I digress.
The story itself had always been interesting to me, but this is not its first rodeo. It has been remade multiple times and would always end prematurely, just for yet another remake to take its place. My complaint lies with it's update frequency from it's past, and it seems to still be an issue, considering how long it took for its last update.
The story can't quite be considered 'original' anymore, considering how often the premise has been redone, but I can't deny the potential for a great story if only it could be taken seriously and continued without dropping for whatever reason.
I rate this story assuming you are not BaiSiwa who was basically a money-grubbing asshat who bounced between here and Qidian and only complained.
I hope you're just another writer who was just a fan of the single decent thing he probably produced, and attempt to make it something more. If so, I wish you the best, and I promise to adjust my rating accordingly. For now, it's just a recycled plot device with characters too similar to the original.
