Earth's First Dungeon

Description

Reginald Montgomery was a high class Rules Lawyer, specializing in the 'art' of Min-Maxing a Character.  He had been the secret behind the ability of the Guild 'Eternal Gamer' being able to obtain the World First Clears of various MMOs for the last five years.  The political entities of the world had hidden the imminent approach of a gigantic meteor, of similar size to the one that theoretically wiped out the dinosaurs, until it was able to be spotted by high powered astronomical telescopes.

The United Nations sends nukes into a crater located deep on the meteor, breaking it into millions of smaller fragments, except for around two areas, where there was a building that looked like an old school Roman temple and one where there was a giant metallic cube.  The cube crashed into Reginald's backyard, and his 'gamer' senses were itching at the chance of supremely valuable loot.

Upon investigating, he is injected with a control crystal for a 'Construction Core', but when it releases an extremely high density of pressurized mana, his body seizes up and the Core draws his mind into it before merging the control crystal back into the Core and retreating into the Cube and digging itself deeper.

Two months later, Reginald becomes aware again, only to find out that nothing is as it was and he is now the Earth's First Dungeon...

While it has a bit of a rough start with how magic comes to be, this one is quite fun to read. Rather than normal ones where the MC may take as long as a few months to a year designing a powerful dungeon, this one happens in an even shorter timespan. This may have something to do with the exploding perks skill he got on his first level up.
While he does design a dungeon, and was initially a dungeon core, the MC instead creates an avatar and a real-life version of his gamer guild, and then invites all the members to it. This seems like a rare and perhaps even more fun point of view. Rather than creating an unusually hard dungeon, this one starts off with that in the first few pages and goes on to detail quite an adventure and what may end up a hostile takeover of the government. Again, it focuses more on the adventurer's side of view than that of a dungeon core's, and the MC counts firmly as both, but mainly the first.
As mentioned above, the MC is also quite overpowered, and even has a backstory of having done so in all of the online games he played. Now he's the GM, and the world had better watch out!
Also, if this stays at 13 pages, I'll be quite upset. Please don't drop this! I was enjoying it!

Good story just seemed like you made the MC OP too quickly. Will enjoy to watch him beat everyone up and break more common sense though.

Meet the guy who became the most OP dungeon that managed to shock the whole pantheon of gods and he does it all it a couple of days. I managed to read upto chapter 10 before giving up to boredom and disbelief.
Honestly I hope these chapters have just been set ups for the main story. That the point of view will be changed to one of his less fortunate guild mates because he doesn't do anything interesting, there is no struggle being expressed.
A different direction the story might go in:
    Spoiler: Spoiler
There is hints to a big bad guy but the main character nickname leech and bad guy name, lich. They are very similar, especially when the gods said there was time travel, it points to the bad guy maybe not fully existing yet and still being in the future. Yet the only thing on earth that could go against the gods is our protaginists. So if this is the story line, it is both boring and predictable.
Edit(09/09/17)-Chapter 11+ shows more interest chapter names, showing that this story could go in an interesting direction. However I dont feel upto reading more of this right now. I hope to come back to this later.
