I was so glad to find this story. I have enjoyed it so much that I have reread it multiple times. The story has interesting ideas and premises and has become my new favorite story on RR.
I am always searching around for new dungeon core stories because I like to read stories that involve kingdom-building. I was happy to learn that the MC of this story was a kind person fighting to keep their personal philosophy that goes against the typical nature of dungeon cores that reside in the world he has transmigrated to. I am looking forward to seeing how the MC would continue to design his unique dungeon that would surprise the people of the settlement. To watch how the MC cares for his new dungeon monster family. To see the development of the relationship between the MC dungeon family and the settlement.
From the story, I can see how that there are many unique aspects that I don't or rarely see in most dungeon stories. The most obvious is that the dungeon fairy is male. The MC uses the system to set up quests that require delvers to complete to prevent delvers from brute forcing their way through his dungeon to reach his dungeon core. The application of adding a curse/blessing to the dungeon floor affects delvers with debuff and buff. The focus on absorbing mana from delvers experiencing strong emotions in the dungeon without the need to kill delvers like typical dungeon cores behavior. The aspect I love is how the MC is designing his unique dungeon floor with intent, creativity, and beauty. It is nice and informative that the author has even provided a map of the dungeon to help the readers understand what the dungeon floor looks like. The MC is a dungeon core with a power similar to a demi-god to create whatever is possible within his needs and limits. The world he resides in is a fantasy world, so uses it as an advantage to design the dungeon where imagination is the limit. The first floor of his dungeon is a garden with the primary monsters being plant monsters.

Love it so far. There are some strange word choices that seem to be normal phrases with synonyms replacing one of the words. It's not enough to break the flow, just something you'll notice. it's just getting to the main point of a dungeon, the encroaching adventurers, and I look forward to seeing their reactions to this new dungeon.

The story is not awful when it is actually focused on the story. Right now half of every chapter is the mc virtue signaling for the author. The dialogue is very stilted and awkward because the mc is so overly emotional about every line said to force instances for more lectures. The author even has the mc blessing his children with a last name that literal comes with an emotional intelligence boost.
Past the virtue signaling it's also not a very unique premise. The floor boss is a world tree with a female persona that sits in the middle of the first floor. The story Another Dungeon Core did this months ago and its extreamly similar.
