Bulma is one of the best Dragon Ball characters, nobody can deny that. Perhaps the most intelligent person in the world, a woman who doesn't age, and despite being a mother of two in the canon, she still keeps her figure.

So what if she could improve herself? Not just by using her incredible intellect to create various technologies, but also to fight. She may not be as powerful as a human, but the Omniverse is infinite!

Someone unknown reincarnated as Bulma, lucky for her, she has one advantage that sets her apart from all her infinite versions, she's a mutant of her race! If Freezer is a mutant and so powerful, and Broly is even more so, why can't there be human mutants?

Bulma, armed with the advantages of Plants from the Trigun manga, will forge a new path, not only full of comedy, action, and adventure but a new story, a new development, in which, in the end, at least the humans will be able to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Saiyans and their colorful changelings.

Если говорить о ней. Бульма крутая! Очень! Хотелось бы больше информации о цифровом значении её силы. И вообще всех бойцов во вселенной фанфика. Без хотя бы примерного соотношения сил читать не так захватывающе! В начале такие значения были но потом куда-то пропали. Что немного расстраивает но все равно общая крутость истории не пострадала!

There is a slight awkwardness with the writing. Nothing you can’t ignore it you try, so try not to judge it on that.

Author doesn't care about canon. That's fine. Bulma and Android 18 gay now despite both being straight and married to men in the show? Okay, wish that wasn't what was happening but it's still fun regardless. If that's all my issue was I'd still be reading and I'd give it a solid 4. I genuinely really enjoyed the story.
Now, about 40 chapters into it, during the tournament arc, characters are introduced that are from other series not canon to dragonball. This and the length of the tournament arc being almost 40 chapters are my main issues. Albeit, I didn't read the whole arc, but I feel like 10 chapters was enough of a sample for me to not wish to continue.
There's probably plenty of things to enjoy for people who can take the transition from comedy, slice of life-ish, and progression into Satire and Action focus. I don't mean this sarcastically, I mean it. It's a good story outside of the issue's I mentioned. Give it a try, you might have less problems with it than me.
There is also a slew of grammatical errors littered throughout the entire story, especially issues reguarding pronouns, that can make reading confusing at times. However that's almost a nit-pick since I was enjoying the story just fine despite them. Users who are easilly bothered by bad grammar and non-native readers will probably struggle more.
