Synopsis: Youma Hiromi was a 21 year old incapacitated man. One day, a shadow came into his hospital room, Youma thinking that it was the death god and his time had already come, accepted the invitation of the mysterious shadow. When he woke up he found out that he was no longer incapacitated and that he was the “6th hero” in a new world?! or maybe not, as there could only be 5 heroes. Now he has to survive in a new world, but his new body is not what he expected it to be. For what reason was he brought to this world that already has 5 heroes? - ahadiscoelfRoyal Road★★★★★ 4.5I've followed this story on the author's site and I must say I've always looked forward to the release of this story even if the release date is not really consistent and so far in between. Well, the author is kinda juggling writing this story and translating Japanese WN, so the release frequency never bothered me much.
This story is about another alternate world shenanigans, with game mechanics like levels and classes. Well, the standard procedure. Regardless, I do recommend this series because there are some aspects of the story that reeled me in. For example, the character's motivation and background story being very engaging, especially after a certain chapter. MC's class is also interesting, if only for the funnily sado-masochistic nature of it.
Overall though, the story is still pretty early in its ...story. It is rather slow to pick up, at least for the RRL standard, so don't expect MC slaughtering obvious bad guy so soon in the story.
