I loved it. It was short, quirky, and interesting!
I'm intrigued if there's more to this and to see more about the potential story that could come from this strange encounter.
The characters were great. They bounced off each other well in the quick interaction they had.
There were only a couple of lines that bothered me, namely "skin-coloured people" was just... odd and not really helpful for putting any definitive picture in my mind. And when Aliss was splashed with water seemingly out of nowhere? It was a bit unclear where that came from. But other than that the prose was great, and the setting and environment were described well!
All in all it's a wonderful opening, the only problem is that it's too short! XD

I do not see this as a comedy and the story itself relies on this awkward and relatively creepy vibe. The intrusion of personal space and unwanted touching is something that is an issue and the story doesn't have any reason given for it. The way this ends leaves this awkward tension hanging in the air. Also, what is with the term "skin-coloured people"? I could use some more context to make sense of this.
