Eve Dolairen is out for blood.

Her niece was attacked- shot in the street like a dog being put down. It was clear to Eve from the start that the attempt on Lena Jones was ordered by one of Eve’s old enemies to get to her. The only question was which one.

(Hello ladies and gentlemen. In case it wasn’t clear from the tags, this story is science fiction with a bit of mystery mixed in. There will be star ships, energy weapons, and the occasional film reference that will either make you smile or cringe. The main character is a badass alien merc who isn’t afraid to get into the dirt and fuck shit up.)

A bit of a disclaimer before we begin: this is my first time writing a story for something other than a decent grade in high school English. There’s a chance that the dialogue will be more stilted than a man walking on sticks at a county fair so I’ll ask you to kindly adjust your expectations accordingly.Also, my main character is gay.
