Description
Waking up as a Blood Elf in the World of Warcraft was a dream come true. Who didn't want to be beautiful and have eternal youth? Even if in that dream he found himself waking up as the most useless noble and child of Silvermoons most notorious politician: Varrus Vandercross.
However, waking up during the Scourging of Silvermoon was more like a nightmare. Zombies ate 90% of EVERY Blood Elf in that event, and were banging on his doors as soon as he transmigrated.
Apparently married earlier in the day, he found himself chained to his bed by his crazy wife because she wanted him to "stay safe." Said crazy wife then went on to dice through dozens of zombies like some kind of maniac psycho, smiling all the while.
Well, it wasn't all a nightmare.
At least his wife was pretty, and hey, he even had the Skyrim UI as his system!
Wait....you want how many children?!
Well, no one said repopulating the species would be easy!
Join Varrus and his quest to not only ensure the survival of his race, but also keep his manhood as his wife is very jealous, and very stabby!

- Astral CrystalRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0Style: The style is great, it's easy to understand what's happening and the pacing is good.
Story: The story is good, the mc has to grow in power while dealing with powerful foes and enemies while also doing politics and rebuilding what was lost. He's very op but his enemies are very strong and against armies he's vulnerable so his fights are always balanced and he has to fight smart to win. The fights are good and creative. The mc is extremely op not just in power but in production capabilities, I do feel like he levels up way too fast though since it's been less than a month and he's already super strong. The politics and kingdom rebuilding are very good. All around great story, there are a bunch of sexual scenes though which I'm not a fan of but that's just not my cup of tea and doesn't mean the story is bad for including such stuff. I just skip those scenes and read the rest, simple.
Grammar: The grammar is excellent, I didn't see any errors.
Character: The characters are good. The mc is snarky and fun, even so he does have his own struggles and growth throughout the story and has to adapt to his new position while avoiding letting his power go to his head. His wife is a horny yandere at first glance but she starts to show her personality and history which make her much more complex, she is still definitely a yandere though. Her relationship with the mc has its sweet moments and they clearly like each other but they are also always horny or lovey dovey when interacting which can be a bit annoying in my personal opinion. The mcs allies are good and flawed in a realistic way and so the enemies. The interactions they all have with each other are fun especially the politics but I do feel like sometimes the men and women are way too horny around each other. - Levius@321Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0I would definitely like to see more chapters of this book because ask someone who have played Warcraft and Skyrim games. This is a good story that will keep you entertain for long trips or enjoyment. Even without the sex scenes, the book is interesting because you get to see the reason why the MC cherishes his wife so much.
- Nobody9Royal Road★★★★★ 5.0I find SI/OC transplant fics compelling because there are so many different points between the first second and third wars that the protags could land and make a difference for their people.
Here, we meet Varrus Vandercross. The formerly spoilt stage actor and son of the High Elve's equivalent of a Chamberlain to his country. Arriving on scene the very morning of the Scourge's invasion of Quel'thalas from the events of WC3.
How is a talentless fop supposed to survive such a certain death by the hands of the undead? Why, by being married to a yandere Paladin elf wife who would murder anything that threatened him, buying him time to exploit his oh-so convenient Skyrim sorcery skill trees.
Perhaps the greatest part of this is that this story could go so ridiculous by mixing 2 worlds of magic together, but here OP is not OP (forgive the pun) because the threats to his and his country's life are proportional in their menace. AND they don't solve for all the scheming and backstabbing that inevitably commence in the wake of Quel'thalas people stumbling around scraping to survive another day with the Sunwell destroyed.
Good thing Varrus is glad to exploit his Skyrim power system cause the only way they're getting out of this with their prince free of Fel corruption is if he grinds his way to prospertiy. Good luck Varrus! Bed that yandere wife and make 12 babies while you're at it! - Wezurii_ArgentumRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0I need more warcraft SI, please! Overall a good read when you have many boring travel time. More chapters please. Thanksss. It is enjoyable to read this during long commute time.
more 50 characters review stone red blue green dinosaur star fish. Chicken are aliens that killed the dinosaurs. Cats are eldritch beings that crossed into the mortal plane of existence. Dogs are survivors of a tier 7 civilization that crash landed on earth. more conspiracy for the brainssss - LackiesRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This is a solid popcorn style fanfic with strong appeal to reader who have played World of Warcraft. The Wow lore is surprisingly robust with some deep cuts for those familiar, but even then the characters work fairly well and are believably expanded from relatively thin canon material.I found the work well executed, but the stakes struggle to provide a convincing threat to the MC so sometimes the excitement was lacking.
- ThousandLeavesRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0This might have been 5*, but I cannot get over the wife and it will be the reason I drop this.
In my opinion, this template of writing is universally, always bad. You either do a full yandere party, or an ordinary book. Trying to do an ordinary book while "spicing it up" with yandere cannot end well, because it is too watered down for the yandere fans and annoying for non-yandere fans(me).
It is a pity, because it could have been incredible if the effort put into that nonsensical relationship was redirected into story. - ChiridonRoyal Road★★★★ 3.5Honestly it is not the best story most character feel very shallow and the story acknowledges it. the writing feels quite empty sometimes and the references are something that pull me out of the story. the best part of the whole are definitely the main pairing, with how down bad they are for each other they deserve each other.
All the effort that went into this makes it far better than most fanfiction, and most like better than anything I've ever written.
Thank for a funny but very light warcraft story. - FudgeRoyal Road★★★ 2.5For me, the worst part of this book is the yandere wife, and that weird ass relationship. So not needed, but obviously I'm missing the point of the book.. the other parts of the story are good though.. good enough that I skipped the sex scenes and still enjoyed it. Not saying they are bad scenes, just that I , personally, couldn't stand the relationship as a whole. Eventually I had to drop it because they spent a literal 24 hours having nonstop sex and I couldn't get over the idea of him wasting so much time when time is such a critical resource early on. I might just be too old for this story. 24 hours of sex sounds exhausting even with magic.
- Because0789Royal Road★★ 2.0I feel like I just got cornered at a party by a weirdo that forced me to listen to his super awesome OP Skyrim build. The sad part is the weirdo needed to install a mod with a bunch of unbalanced and overpowered spells for his super awesome OP build to work. This is partially a result of really bad pacing, rapid progression, and massive info dumps of Skyrim spells and perks. As an example, within two chapters the main character has gotten several Skyrim skills to 100.
The author's ideal relationship seems to be someone that is so obsessed with him for no reason that he doesn't need to put any effort into the relationship. Bonus points if they are so obsessed they don't have any thoughts or opinions of their own other than "whatever you want". It is honestly kinda creepy.
The overall story gives off a "dude standing in the corner at a party thinking about how much smarter and better they are then everyone else, they just don't know it, while silently staring at people" kind of vibe.
As far as grammar and writing they use too many text/messenger abbreviations and writing conventions but other than that not the worst I've ever read.
