Devouring Destiny

Castiel never knew what to do with his life. Something about living a normal, unimportant life always felt off, as if he was meant for something greater. However, when he is given the chance to embark on a different path, he is faced with the realization that he will have to give up everything he has ever known. How far will he go, to find purpose? How much is he willing to give up, in order to further search for purpose? How much blood and tears must be shed in order to devour his own destiny?

This is my first real attempt at writing a story. While I have tried once in the past, I found myself to become too stressed while attempting to build a perfect plot. I hope you will enjoy my story, and perhaps provide criticism for where my story falls short.
