Destined for Nothing.

Hello, this is the first story I've ever written, and I mean ever, so be kind.

Destined for Nothing is a work in progress that I am putting on here for some feedback. Expect changes and rewrites. Here goes the synopsis.

Randall Diggory liked to think of himself in a lot of ways. An old soul, a man born into the wrong time and one cursed with bad luck. He didn't think destiny had anything planned for him in life and that was fine with him. He was happy with where he was; he had a house, a job and the most dependable friend he could ask for in life. Did he have regrets? Sure but there was no point in visiting them, the end of the world left no time for what-ifs and should have been, too late to change them now. Randall will find out that Decisions are what shape destiny and doing nothing leaves on destined for nothing.

Drafted into an ancient war all of the earth will face a new challenge. Surviving. Randall will learn that in life if you are not moving forward, you can only be moving backward for no one truly stays the same. How will this new world change him? How will He change the New World?
