Demon of Dawn and Dusk

Born from the union between a demon and a human, Darian Wind Dance grew up reviled and hated by everyone around him because of his impure blood. Even his own kin wanted nothing to do with him. No matter what he does or how hard he tries, it comes to nothing. All Darian can do is endure and chase after a false hope.

However, when he is at his lowest, a demon steals him away from home and makes him an offer. It can give him everything he has ever wanted and more: power, family, and a place to belong. The cost? Nothing at all. It sounds too good to be true. After all, only a fool would trust a demon. Yet, despite his misgivings, Darian accepts the demon's offer and takes his first steps on the path towards immortality.

(Demon of Dawn and Dusk is a redraft of my first story on Royal Road, Fist of the Fire God. While there are many similarities, this is a different story altogether. Just a fair warning.)
