- The CuratorRoyal Road★★★★★ 5.0It is an exhilarating ride that captivates from the very first chapter. The protagonist's journey of rebirth offers a fresh take on the classic slayer narrative, blending action, adventure, and personal growth in a compelling way. The world-building is rich and immersive, pulling readers into a beautifully crafted universe filled with demons, magic, and intriguing lore.
The characters are well-developed, each with their own motivations and complexities, which makes their interactions feel genuine and engaging. The author has a knack for balancing intense combat scenes with moments of reflection, allowing for a deeper connection to the story and its characters.
The pacing is spot-on, maintaining a sense of urgency while allowing for character development. The plot twists keep you guessing, and just when you think you know where it's headed, it surprises you with new revelations. Overall, this novel is a must-read for fans of dark fantasy and action-packed stories. It has everything you could want: a gripping storyline, relatable characters, and an enchanting world. I highly recommend giving it a try! - S-Class Urinal PooperRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0"What a normal day."

Everything goes silent, and my vision fades to black.
I would like to start by saying that I do recommend this story. From what there is so far, the fantasy world is well-developed, the LitRPG elements are engaging without feeling generic or overbearing, and the protagonist is compelling.
However, there are some issues I need to bring up.
While the grammar isn't bad, there are instances where it could be improved, especially in the 2nd and 3rd chapters. It is readable, but I believe using an editing software would help to solve those problems. This is a relatively minor issue.
The more significant problems lie in the pacing and characters, as these two aspects are closely connected. Many of my concerns about the characters stem from the story's extremely fast pacing. On the one hand, I actually like the lack of filler; the chapters are concise, and everything serves a purpose to the story. On the other hand, we don't get the time to know the character and they end up feeling like NPCs who only exist to help move the story along.
For example, in chapter 4, the protagonist, his mentor Gorou, and a group of soldiers are preparing for a 10-day journey to a cave of wolves. Half the chapter is dedicated to preparations, while the other half is spent on the battle. The journey, however, is skimmed over in just two paragraphs. Considering that Gorou dies in the fight and the protagonist reacts strongly to it, it like a missed opportunity. We are briefly told that Gorou taught the protagonist about forest creatures and that they fought giant spiders together, but these moments are mentioned in passing. We aren't told the details even though they sound interesting.
Gorou's role in the story feels underdeveloped. He is labeled as the MC's mentor, but his actual mentorship is largely glossed over. If Gorou were replaced by a shield that absorbed two hits before breaking, nothing w
