Let me start by saying that this book is not for the faint hearted - it has a lot of gruesome scenes which involve rape, murder, cannibalism, nudity, human sacrifice, crime, etc. The book is filled with monsters, witches, beasts & humans. The story revolves around a village which has been cursed by a witch named Emer who is one of the five witches. She has placed a curse on the village so as to take revenge from humans. For around ten years, the village has been cursed and every week the villagers offer a woman as sacrifice to the monsters so that the monsters do not attack the villagers, they only offer females as sacrifices because they realized that the monsters prefer females. Anta, who is also a witch, supports and helps the villagers to survive from the attacks of Emer and the monsters. Saori or B is a beast girl who helps the villagers escape the village and she kills many monsters to save the villagers. There were many interesting characters in the novel such as Victor - the puppeteer, Paul - the traitor, Oliver - the leader, Ashura - the assassin, etc. The book will keep you excited throughout about one never-ending question - who will win this endless race - humans & beasts or monsters & witches? The ending was satisfying yet unsettling since Saori and Anta survived but the rest of the village died. I would recommend this book to people who enjoy adventure stories/ thrillers/ mystery novels, etc.

D.G. Cokodose’s writing style is intriguing, one of a kind. Chapter one sets the tone for the story as the main character, Saori, is found by an old woman named Anta and her crew. Anta takes Saori to her small cursed village that is surrounded by large mountains. Saori has no memory of who or what she is nor does she know her name and so Anta gives her the name, “B”
Saori is given instructions by Anta to go and get food. It’s then Saori realizes what a crazy village it is.  After getting harassed by a group of men, Saori slowly starts to get her memory back.
Anta has secrets of her past that are catching up on her as her evil younger sister, Emer, wants to kill her and everyone in her village. There is only one hope to stop Emer and it’s Saori.
I really don’t want to get into the story beyond this point, because I want this fascinating piece of art to unfold like a right before your eyes as it did mine. Just read the book and enjoy the story for yourself.
I will add that this book was a very interesting read. I loved the suspense and mystery throughout the story. The descriptions were perfect, and it was very easy to visualize the scenes. I loved the originality and uniqueness of this story. There was nothing predictable in this book. I loved the grittiness of the story, the bitter-sweet moments, and the twists and turns

after reading this story I feel very interested in me, usually I read stories like this in manga or comics. In my opinion, the story told by D.G. This cokodose is fun to read. The story is brutal, gore, horror and full of action. Very interesting to read in each chapter.
I like the main character (beast girl) who like this is brutal and unforgiving making this character my favorite character. The setting of the story is like in the Middle Ages which is full of turmoil and many problems which are very suitable for the story. I like it !
yes, the story may not suit some people !, but if you like this genre, I highly recommend reading this story !!

I do not usually read "horror" style fantasy, but I read this one based on the recommendation of a friend. I feel that the author did a great job especially considering this is his first story. The hero, a beast girl named Saori, awakens with missing memories and finds herself in a dark and dangerous land. The story moves at a fast pace as she finds her way in this brutal world. There are many fight scenes and gruesome monsters. The important villians are also quite interesting.
The fight scenes reminded me of Anime and Chinese Maritial Arts Movie fight scenes. Potential readers should be aware that this story contains bloody and gruesome fight sequences. The world Saori is in is a brutal one, including the explicit sex.
It is a fun and fast story as Saori begins to rediscover who she is and what her powers are. There are a few spelling and grammer mistakes, but not enough to throw off the flow of the book.
If you are a fan of Anime and Horror Fantasy, you should give this author a try!

The story has a very unique premise that I haven't seen done before. The author clearly cares a lot about the specifics of the story and does well with the world building. The plot also progresses very smoothly and each character seems to have a unique background. All In all it's a really good story and I highly recommend!

When I first saw the book cover on Facebook, I immediately wanted to read it.  And damn, it didn't disappoint me! First what I like. The action is non-stop and fun with a mix of brutal horror. Think Inuyasha if the plot turns very dark with blood, sex, and monsters from hell. The main character is my most favorite so far, and the villains are interesting although they have typical villain manga tropes. As for the setting, I assumed it is a mix between Asian and medieval. However, the beast girl and the monsters are the spotlight. Now what I don't like is only minor. I didn't care about the fanservice, language, and the over the top violence. But this book does get pretty edgy. The side characters are mostly expendable and unlikable. I didn't care what happened to them after what they did to their women for pleasure and attempted to do with the Beast Girl. It does sound edgy for the sake of being edgy, but the scenes are skippable. Thankfully, the climax gets better and the ending is satisfying. I highly enjoyed the book, even if it has a few questionable edgy scenes. The story is pretty simple and action driven. If you like edgy stories with a bad ass heronie, no matter how dark the setting is, I do recommend this book. It has all my favorite tropes from any dark shonen action manga I read before. And I love beast girls!

I'm enjoying this fiction and I keep coming back.
It's a very original story of survival and revenge that I am shocked about its lack of popularity, deserves so much MORE!
It is indeed cruel, explicit, and smutty every now and then, meanwhile the main character is not really relatable, but it's UNIQUE in a very good way and I totally love it!
Captures perfectly the dark side of people in certain situations when there's danger, no rules, betrayal, too much freedom, etc.
It will probably take some time until people realize how good this actually is, but when it happens, it will go up in ranks with a BOOM! I'm sure of it.
Style: Very good - dark, macabre, sinister. Perfect for the world of this fiction.
Story: Totally original. I'm in love with it. I wish more people would understand how good this is.
Grammar: No mistakes. Relatively simple English, but it's a plus because it is easy to read. It flows nicely.
Character score: Perfect. Consistent characters! The MC is the absolute best. She is crazy, badass, and does whatever goes through her mind. She's in her own world and she's strong!
If you like original dystopian stories, gore, sex, and a strong badass female as MC, then this is for you!

    I really like this story!
I rarely read, but this book really interested me.
The characters are likable and I enjoy watching as usual in different situations. You involuntarily become attached to them and start to worry, as for real people ^^
I hope this story will not be abandoned and I will continue to watch this world!

    Unique!
I really enjoyed B's dystopian adventure so far and I am eager to find out what happens next. This story is right up my alley. So glad I came across it!
This is a very dark story about a girl that awakes in a secluded cursed village and needs to find a way to survive. Definitely not for the faint-hearted or for those who easily get triggered by things such as SA, gore, murder, etc.
I love how the author highlighted the desperation of the villagers and I believe those are some of the best parts of this story.
Saori is such a unique main character that kept surprising me. The fact that she keeps getting underestimated just makes things more interesting.
The plot is easy to follow due to the nice way the story is told and the easy English.
If the explicit and dark content doesn't bother you and you like beast girls, then this fiction is for you!
    - The grimdark style is exactly what I like.
    - Barely any mistakes.
    - The story is original and keeps you wanting more.
    - Even the evil characters have unique personalities.
Anyway, I don't understand those who write reviews after only 1-2-3 chapters...

    I enjoyed this volume.
The characters are very interesting and touch your heart,
The story doesn't start very well, but if you give it a chance and read, Our Dear Girl (B) will win your heart.
I really liked this volume, because it's slow and full of details, well I admit, the best thing I liked about it is that it's a little... perversity
