Description
When a former salaryman awakens as the last last dragon alive after a thousand-year slumber, he discovers that adjusting to magical life is harder than any corporate training session.
Disguised as the aristocratic mageTavalor, he hopes for a quiet existence, but Vallenport is anything but predictable. From enchanted markets that rearrange themselves overnight to neighbors who casually barter spells like they’re pastries, life in the magical city is a constant whirlwind of surprises.
Between nosy real estate agents, magical mishaps, and his growing fascination with human magic, Tavalor’s attempts to live a peaceful life are anything but dull. His dragon instincts—and a streak of mischief—turn even the simplest errands into adventures, proving that even an immortal dragon can’t escape the charm and chaos of everyday life.
With humor, heart, and the cozy charm of a magical city, _Day-to-Day Life of an Immortal Dragon_ is a whimsical slice-of-life tale about finding joy in the ordinary—and magic in the unexpected.
Perfect for fans of cozy fantasy, OP MC's, day-to-day-slice-of-life adventures, and dragons with lazy personalities!

- MangoseekerRoyal Road★★ 2.0Oh man was I excited at the beginning. Great first chapters, a few questionable parts but nothing that hinders the reading.
But then we are exposed to the most obvious case of plot driven unreasonable situations possible.
In the first case we have a intruders(multiple, mind you) in the house of MC getting obliterated without much thought in one chapter, and in another chapter we have murder-hobo assassin elf that intrudes into MC’s house with clear intent to kill him, but suddenly becomes a guest(???) for no good reason other than “female side character insertion”, and while you could argue that reasoning has been provided in the chapter, it was so incredibly forced and unreasonable that I see no reason to even mention it. And on top of that, just a few chapters after that side character reassures MC about wellbeing of intruder-assassin, implying that she is important enough to be a friend or something just after little time spent with her drinking tea(right after murder attempt). Ending my point on this, although my disappointment is in no way described enough.
Second glaring issue is the sheer amount of S-rank adventurers or some super strong beings that pop up like mushrooms.
Third is forced foreshadowing that is literally thrown into readers face, would be nice if it wasn’t so simple and obvious with all MC needing to make is 1-grade level assumptions to reveal mysteries of the world.
Fourth is MC’s interactions with law-enforcer, which make no sense. And I am not exaggerating in any way, in the current setup of the world by author, to see MC(SSS+ super gigachad A-class adventurer, top 20 in ranks officially) practically beg no name guards to “share the knowledge they get” from assassins that tried to kill MC. And why MC can’t do nothing about it despite being practically recognised elite of elite in the city? Right, you guessed it, it is not his JURISDICTION.
I intended this review to be much longer but I see no point, greatly disappointed with world building,
