A tyrannical church dominates the kingdom, ordering the burning of anything that opposes its power.

Our hero, Kuma, was born into difficult circumstances. One night, under a lunar eclipse, the church attempted to sacrifice him in a demonic ritual. Kuma miraculously survived and escaped the kingdom, setting off on a journey to discover the power of vengeance.
