Far beyond our own world lies another, in which a goddess grants job classes to her people based on their personality and talents...

At least, usually. Every so often, would-be adventurers end up with classes that don't seem to fit them at all. Jeremy Dodd, a young man from Earth, finds himself transported to this world. This is, to be honest, a pretty by-the-books harem isekai so far. The MC shows up, immediately meets a catgirl, and quickly gets into a party with two women who are both sexually forward and polyamorous, and find him incredibly appealing despite the fact that he's described as mostly being a loser on Earth.
That said, it's at least a well-written harem isekai, compared to others of the formula I've read. The MC may have been a loser but at least I don't immediately hate him, and the story flows pretty well. It's still too early for me to say much about the overall plot but there does at least seem to be one.
If you like monstergirl harem isekais, you'll probably like this.
