  Hey! all il all good job. You've got quite the story going, a shame that i dont see any reviews. I will give you what i thinks is not working and i mean them in good will.
  1) Grammar is sloppy. not spelling (or at least there are no noticeable big mistake) but sentence structure. This mistakes range from repetition, confusion with pronouns, lack or confused prepositions, some determiners and punctuation.
  for example:
  Spoiler: Spoiler
  Preposition:
  "These are the only weapons I have on me that would work with the DOWT measurer (Don't waste my time) so pick one and take a few swings and shots with them. Remember practice with every single weapon,"
  It should say: Remember TO practice with every single weapon"
  2) Be carefull with making your characters so damn strong while at the age of 3. In my experience it either make the story unberable long like in wuxia (because you'll have to make stronger enemies), or it makes the story shot because mc is already super strong. And this last one forces the writer to extend the plot transforming a good story into a wuxia one.
  Again, I think its a great story but it might need a review (there is no story that doesn't need it) if even I, that knows little of english, can see those mistakes. Keep up with the story!
