Description

The stations provide hope to the countless inhabitants of Proelium, offering magic and powers, but they also provide something else. Death. A planet formed by a pantheon of gods millions of years ago to serve a single purpose above all else. Endless conflict.

The mix of species, creatures, and monsters of magic and technology bring constant strife to the landscape. Those who participate in the never ending wars find themselves showered in rewards but the risk of death, injury, or enslavement is overwhelming. The only constant is no one is truly invincible. The stations give powerful gifts but immortality is a myth of legend many seek and never find. Not even the greatest healers can bring back the dead. Sure, liches and necromancers can be found, but the soul, once departed, makes corpses nothing more than empty shells.

Nick Solis, a grumpy college student, is sent to Proelium by Hez, the Goddess of Trade and Merchants. He is given a skill never before seen in the millions of years since Proelium’s creation. A skill that gives him an advantage. Insignificant at first but has enormous potential. And with that potential and no small amount of luck and work comes a chance for Nick to create a lasting legacy.

This story is meant to be a slow burn with a lot of world building and slow exploration of a unique support skill. It has some lite LitRPG elements but is not focused on leveling but rather on the motivations driven by the magical station infrastructure. It is primarily inspired byArena Manager.

The chapters are being written in real-time and there is no release schedule at this time. I will make edits of previously released chapters to address inconsistencies or plot holes if necessary and am open to feedback and comments on such issues.

At the time of this review there are only 15 chapters but the premise is great and I like where it's going.
Very minor grammatical errors and nothing that caused me to stop my reading flow. I was able to immerse myself in the story and enjoy what's available.
I'm looking forward to following this one!

Interesting so far but will have to see where the story is taken.
The MC gets dropped into a world with a special ability only certain members of nobility can control but with a lot more freedom. So far in the story he hasn't ventured out to make his name known but learning what he can of the world.
