- PatternRoyal Road★★★★ 4.0Early days, so far, so good.
Realistic(ish) representation of a man ripped apart from his family to save some other world from a demon lord, actually capturing (if only a fraction of) the rage one would feel at the knowledge your family would have no idea what would've happened to you upon your disappearance.
The characters a mostly grounded, while the MC is aware of the tropes without the story wholeheartedly delving down the lightnovel format. The exceptions are the super evil vilionous toxic evil vile nasty etc etc antagonists that only really exist to give the MC something to punch.
The litrpg is good, mostly consistent and allows the reader some insight in to how the MC stands out/punches above his weight.
Perhaps a few too many pages are devoted to POV's the MC (and by extension, the reader) doesn't care about, and there are some issues with spelling (The instead of They, Now, instead of No or Know for example) that disrupt the flow of reading, could be fixed by using Grammarly maybe?
Beyond that, as long as the author keeps on telling their story and sticks with their tags, I'll keep on reading.
