Description

Book 1- Chosen of the Endless One

Amos got in a car accident, and he didn't get isekaied, reincarnated or transmigrated! That happened five years later when his transplanted heart failed. But why would the Endless One grab an artist and animator to run a barony? What would the knowledge of thousands of hours of watching YouTube videos do to help a struggling barony prosper? Could it help shield the barony from the coming civil war of the kingdom of Falmoren?

Book 2- Descended of the Gods

Amos accepts his role as baron and starts to develop into the type of ruler his subjects hope for. At the same time, the war against Hitub continues, and the rebel factions of the current government continue to grow in power. Can Amos navigate the politics of the kingdom while a new threat to his barony arises?

Book 3- Hand of Malitouma

Battle for Bicman.

What the reader can expect:

-Slow burn

-Extensive kingdom building

-The current technology level is between 2000 BC and 100 AD. Late Bronze Age for metallurgy.

-I used common titles of nobility for convenience's sake and because it is a feudal system. However, it does not follow all the same rules as the traditional European feudal system.

The story is absolutely captivating to me. I really enjoy Kingdom building. And this one is full of kingdom building. The characters are realistic and they come to life in my imagination as I read. Unfortunately this book caused me difficulty at work because it's so addicting. And now I have reached the end and I am sad there are no more chapters immediately. I can firmly tell you that this is a good experience for me.

It's kingdom management story or rather barony management story. The relations between nobles are quite savage. Everyone want to stab all the others , life is cheap. It creates interesting narrative , but i don't think it adheres to medieval standards.
The plot is quite interesting MC is honest, hardworking and a bit too nice for times he lives in. He sees everything  thru the eyes of the man from 21 century which doesn't really connect well with the values of the world he appeared in.
When it comes to other characters in story they tend to be well written. If he puts someone in the story he adds context and we can know the character a bit better. There is no hate without a reason works the same when it comes to friendship.
To be completely sincere i'm a bit of a junkie with kingdom management genre so for me it's great story.
I hope that other readers can share this opinion.

This is a fabulously written and thought out story.  There are many well developed characters and villians, all with realistic motivations and backstories.  I enjoy the world and the pace of the story, lots going on, very interesting, and just enough action and intrigue to keep me on my toes!

Really enjoying this one. Skipped over it several times due to the cover, which is a bit misleading, but finally gave it a shot thanks to a recommendation from another author here.  [new cover is much better; MC looks just like I imagined! Wish he was making paper or actively drawing though, as he is so wonderfully active in the story]
Anyway, standard isekai to some degree, except MC is more interesting than most and this story has a lot of depth. MC is quite funny and authentic and I love his outlook. Extra half star in solidarity for the MC being an artist and his art is therapy viewpoint - everybody should do some art once in awhile - it is good for the soul! MC also seems reasonably intelligent - yay! He is a bit more naive and unguarded than I would expect from his prior life experience, but I find this aspect of MC endearing and I love his kindness.
Writing has good flow, so the story never stagnates. Prose style is clear and pleasant. No filler. Spelling and grammar are very good. I am enjoying the historical details.
Characters are clearly defined and I love the short vignettes where we get to see things from the viewpoint of various characters. These vignettes really add to the story, while being short enough to not be tiresome - very skillfull writing by the author.
The story is light-hearted in tone, but deals with serious issues, which MC is handling under some severe handicaps.  Despite many difficulties, MC perseveres with courage and moral integrity.  There is also no magic (so far) to help him, so no safety nets other than what he can remember from his prior life.
In summary, I think this is a fun and riveting tale, well-written and that most people would enjoy reading it.
Thanks author for sharing your excellent tale.
P.S. Story just keeps getting better. Rating increased to 5 stars. I rarely give that.

This web novel has become my favorite in the genre so far. If you like kingdom-building stories packed with intrigue, shifting alliances, and struggles for power, it’s a must read. The story follows a modern man who transmigrates into a medieval world and begins reshaping it with technology and new ways of thinking. The science is explained with care, making each invention feel both clever and believable. I especially enjoyed the author’s notes on how these innovations influenced real history, which made the story easier to follow for readers like me who only scraped by in history class. With immersive worldbuilding, engaging characters, and constant tension, it hits every note I want from a tale like this.
    Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
An outstanding web novel that delivers on every front, from pacing to immersion. It balances kingdom politics, science, and tension seamlessly, making it one of the most complete reads I’ve found in the genre.
    Style: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The prose is clear, consistent, and engaging, making even complex ideas easy to follow. The author has a knack for explaining concepts in a way that feels natural inside the story rather than like a lecture.
    Story: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A fascinating blend of kingdom-building, political intrigue, and science-driven innovation that feels alive. The pacing never drags, and every new development adds to the sense that the world is truly evolving.
    Character: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The MC’s personality isn’t really my cup of tea, but he’s written in a way that makes complete sense. His choices, flaws, and growth all feel natural, and the supporting cast brings plenty of depth. I can’t lower the score just because of my own taste when the writing itself has no real flaws.
    Grammar: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Clean, polished, and easy to read with no errors breaking the immersion or flow. It’s rare to see a web novel this well edited, and the smooth grammar makes it easy to lose yourself in the story. I did notice a few typos on the last chapters... so please author keep the 5 star rating!

Style; It's very engaging, the author is capable of using words to effectively set the intended tone. The sentences are very expressive, capable of creating mental images with ease.
Story; The story is quite enjoyable, with a respectable pace capable of pulling you along. It's about a reincarnated individual that gets placed into a role that he rather not have. It doesn't seem to have any boring moments.
Character; They're all well written and feel three dimensional. None are perfect, and the most constant characters have visible flaws like real people. Though none are nearly as enjoyable as the protagonist from whose perspective the story is being told.
Grammar; There were a few initially, though honestly I've probably glossed over and promptly forgot about whatever I noticed due to the overall quality of the story.
Opinion; I am not a fan of the genre, yet despite that fact, I think this story is incredible. I highly recommend giving it a shot.
    Ignore;
Humans and the world are the most beautiful person in the pain that I have ever seen you in the life of my life and you have to be in my mind and to be a good one and all you must as.

I decided to give this one a try after the algorithm suggested it to me. The algorithm is often wrong, so I came in warily. At first, I wasn't sure whether I liked the story.
I'd read others in the same vein and, at first, this one seemed to move much too quickly for my taste. For comparison, my favorite is Bookworm, which more reasonably demonstrates how hard it would be (and how long it would take) to get a foothold by exploiting technological knowledge in another world.
I almost set the story down during the trip to the swamp, because the action came out of nowhere and there wasn't enough (if any) foreshadowing. In other words, I thought the book was going to turn into another case of "what do we fight this week" drivel that is common on RR.
Luckily, I kept going. If I had given up, I would have missed all the exceptional  writing afterwards. The author's insights into human nature and the differences in cultural expectations are amazing. In addition, the familiarity with ancient culture is astonishing. I'm surprised the author isn't a history teacher! In fact, I often ask myself just how much research was necessary to communicate this level of authenticity.
Style - Excellent choice of words and phrases. It's so good, it's like ninja pizza deliveryman. I don't even notice the words that I've read until after the content of the story has reached me. Instead of wading through words, these are just the medium to visualize the image. Kudos for being invisible!
Grammar - There are occasional spelling errors, some of which are so amusing that I end up laughing. However, it doesn't detract from the story much. The exceptions are when the spelling is so wrong that I have to figure out what was intended.
Story - I would give this 5 stars, but the first part of the story doesn't reflect how good it gets later. Near the beginning, it feels like a standard overpowered, adolescent fantasy, with unmerited success by exploiting modern technology.
What kept me reading is the cha

I'm over forty chapters in and I don't really want to stop to write a review, but it's so good I should. The pace is great with the ideas he's introducing and I like learning all the little history tid bits. No big info dumps, it's put into the narrative smoothly and it's a fun ride. The voice of Amos starts out a bit too self-deprecating, but it gradually changes for better. He still doesn't take himself too seriously as a Lord, but he's getting that he has to step up and adapt his modern views. Really excited for book two. Overall the prose is great and reading has been a fun journey

The story follows Amos into a Backwater Barony in a corner of a war-torn kingdom.
He has lost all his family(good riddance) and thrust into a Barony in a Medieval world.
He has to juggle modern values with medieval expectations and take hard decision for the good of the people.
Working hard to improve himself and his tiny fief,  he brings about small innovations which greatly improve the life in his kingdom.
Trying hard to find a path with all the threats to his and his people's life and juggling with the petty politics of Nobility takes up most of his time
He is also Leveraging his artistic talents for the good of people by making gold hand over fist and pouring it into the Barony.
The story is well written with great characterization, I binged on it for a whole day and enjoyed it.
Kudos to MrCarson for an amazing story!

I love it. It's an isekai kingdom-building story that seems pretty grounded in realism. The MC is likable and I love watching him try to turn around the life he's been given while remaining kind and realistic. Nire than that the personality shift of the one whose body he takes over is not simply resolved in a day or two as I've seen it happen, but looked at closely through different lenses.
The POV shifts help us see things through the eyes of others and the author utilizes it greatly so far. The characters are likable and believable, and many of them have their reasons and troubles with the state of things, which in turn makes the world that much more alive.
My favorite thing about this story, however, is the little changes the MC is starting to try and implement in the new world he finds himself in. The tidbits of knowledge in the author's notes just add to the wonder of it all and I'm finding myself looking forward to them. As someone who has thought of dabbling into writing such a story I know for a fact the knowledge and experience one needs is a LOT, and nowadays many of us are removed from some simpler yet very important facets of life.
So far the author delivers in an amazing way and has earned my admiration.
There's an added element of mystery in the face of the Endless One, and I'm excited to see where that takes us as well.
The style is great and clear, and at no point have I found myself confused or needing to reread something.
The story is shaping up to be a big hitter when it comes to the Kingdom Building genre, especially with all the cool little things the author is adding together.
The characters are all fleshed out and interesting in their own ways.
There are a few slight grammar mistakes here or there, but it's nothing bad or immersion-breaking. The author is putting great care into editing his story and improving it constantly, so it's not an issue at all in my opinion.
Delve in and you won't be sorry.
